1 production process of paper honeycomb sandwich panel

1.1 main raw materials

common surface materials of paper honeycomb sandwich panel (hereinafter referred to as honeycomb panel) are shown in Table 1.

the manufacturing of paper honeycomb sandwich and the composite adhesive of honeycomb plate are also the main raw materials in the production of honeycomb plate. The performance of the adhesive directly affects the mechanical properties of honeycomb plate. The selection of adhesives should be comprehensively considered from two aspects: performance and cost. Table 2 lists several commonly used adhesives and their applications.

1.2 production process of honeycomb sandwich

honeycomb sandwich is manufactured by unfolding method: the core strip adhesive is coated on kraft paper with a glue printing machine with glue roller (or manually) to form adhesive strips, and the adjacent two layers of kraft paper coated with adhesive strips should be staggered, that is, the position of the adhesive strips of the previous layer of paper is just in the middle of the adjacent two adhesive strips of the next layer of paper, In this way, the honeycomb core paper (dozens or hundreds of layers) bonded together form a honeycomb sandwich core board. After the adhesive in it is fully cured, the paper honeycomb core board is placed on the paper cutter and cut into strips of honeycomb core with the required height. Then, through the special molding equipment, the honeycomb core strip is stretched out to form a honeycomb hexagonal core board, and then it is impregnated (or sprayed) with setting adhesive after curing, The honeycomb sandwich structure is formed.

1.3 production process of honeycomb plate

honeycomb plate is made of honeycomb sandwich and panel bonding, and the composite can be hot composite or cold composite. The production process is as follows:

honeycomb sandwich surface material → dipping composite molding → drying and curing → aging treatment → honeycomb sandwich plate

aging treatment in production is to place the cured plate under pressure at room temperature for a period of time to prevent the plate from warping and deformation

1.4 production equipment

the main equipment for honeycomb panel production is as follows:

(1) honeycomb sandwich production equipment includes: honeycomb compound printing (coating) machine, oven, cutting machine, hot (oil) press, Slitter, stretching (setting) machine, aging car.

(2) honeycomb panel production equipment includes: fabric impregnating machine, hard surface gluing machine, honeycomb panel laminating machine, setting machine, large table press.
